GALATIANS 5:22

22 But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness,'

Faith: PISTIS (Greek), firm persuasion to be persuaded, assurance, firm conviction, faithfulness.

We must increase our faith if we want more, and me have to believe him for the more.

The spirit can not be in the flesh. If we receive sparks of faith, that means we are walking in the flesh. It’s his faithfulness that gives us something to have faith in. Our faith is only as strong as what it’s anchored in. When we anchor it on ourselves we get what we can give and at that point we are limited. When we anchor it on God, we are limitless and we get his faithfulness. His spirit does the work in us when we allow him.

Hebrews 11:6 (AMP)

6 But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.

We can’t get to the next level of faith or step into our callings because we doubt him. Fullness of faith depends on our yes and how much we yield to his spirit.

The more we say yes, the more the Holy Spirit fills us. He provides the spirit and move us to the point where we believe. Our faith only comes from the God. We have to choose the flesh or the spirit. We have to lay ourselves aside and he will fill us with everything we need. Our role is to step out and choose to believe.

How he prunes us and produces fruit

1.    Cuts away dead weight. He prunes all disease branches (doubts, fears, insecurities, etc.)

2.    Redirects our faith. It is an everyday dependence

3.    Sustain us

4.    Teaches us obedience

John 15:1 (Amp)

1 I am the true Vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.

If we don’t prune our tree, we will over produce and next season we will not produce any fruit.

We must believe in ourselves, and in the power of the spirit that resides in us. God is calling us higher and we have to yield and say yes to get there.
